The firm was founded in 2020 by Victor Willaert, French Trade Mark Attorney and Irish Trade Mark Agent.

Victor speaks fluent French, English and Spanish. He has been advising, supporting and representing clients in relation to all sorts of intellectual property matters, particularly in trade marks, ranging from opposition and cancellation proceedings, absolute grounds refusals, trade mark defence and enforcement strategies, clearance searches as well as negotiation and drafting of coexistence agreements.

His past experience in the French and EU intellectual property offices are a key aspect of his expertise in trade mark prosecution. He integrated the French trade mark office during his studies and later on integrated the EUIPO's Fifth Board of Appeal. Victor worked for one of the most renowned trade mark firm in the world for several years and acts as a consultant in some of the most pretigious law firms. He assisted international clients and market leaders, particularly in the field of social networks, entertainment, food and beverage industries as well as pharmaceutical and fashion industries. These experiences have endowed Victor with an astute and insightful understanding of trade mark prosecution and litigation as well as of the necessities of an optimal practice of intellectual property law.
